Tammy Lynn Anderkin, 60, of Sheboygan passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice following a courageous 30-year battle with MS. She was born June 27, 1962 in Escanaba, Michigan to J. Dallas and Irma (Shirk) Anderkin.
Tammy proudly served in the US Army from 1986 to 1991. She had a passion for life, enjoying riding her Harley Davidson motorcycles, getting lost in the many adventures her books took her on, and she had a big heart when it came it pets and particularly loved her pugs.
Tammy is survived by her parents, J. Dallas (Cathy) Anderkin, brothers and sisters, Dallas (Tez) Anderkin, Paul (Sue) Anderkin, Sarah (Mike) Abhold, Stacy (Nate) Miller, and Krista (Nick) Salm. She is further survived by nieces, Julie, Madison and Kiersyn, nephews, David, Billy, Damian, Nick, Paul, Brandon, Carson, Hudson, Mason, Eli, and Kohwen, and her loyal friend and beloved pug Lucy, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Tammy was preceded in death by her mother Irma Anderkin, husband George Gomez, and daughter Amiee Jo Anderkin.
A Celebration of Tammy’s Life will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM with Military Honors to follow at Zimmer Westview Funeral & Cremation Care Center, W2132 Garton Rd. Sheboygan.
