Sharron Kammerzelt

Sharron L. Kammerzelt, 70, of Sheboygan, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017 at St. Nicholas Hospital, after a valiant fight with lung cancer. Sharron was born September 20, 1946, in Tacoma, WA, to the late Frederick and Catherine (Stracke) Boeldt. Sharron graduated from Sheboygan South High School in 1964. On May 29, 1965, she married Dennis Kammerzelt at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. She was employed by K.W. Muth, working there through the ownership changes until she retired in 2009. Sharron enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and her annual fishing trips to Canada.
In addition to her husband, Dennis, she is survived by two children, Scott Kammerzelt and Todd (Denise) Kammerzelt; three grandchildren, Tessa Kammerzelt, Caitlin (Scott) Murphy and Ashley Hendrixson; three great-grandchildren who love their "Grandma Sherman", Harper and Henry Murphy and Scout Opgenorth; brothers and sisters, Ron (Nancy) Boeldt, Chris (Jane) Gregory, Linda (Gordon) Jansky, Vickie Willoughby (special friend, Tony Neris), Fred (Hope) Boeldt, Jon Boeldt and Janet Kruse; one sister-in-law, Vicki (Marshall) Rautmann. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her mother and father-in-law, Leroy (Lucille) Kammerzelt.
Private family services were held.
A memorial fund has been established in her name.
