Michael DeBecker

Michael L. DeBecker, age 61, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, August 1, 2022, at his home.

Michael was born on March 2, 1961, to Delbert and Donna DeBecker.

Michael loved to ride his Harley and he and Janet took many trips together. He greatly enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. Michael was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Michael will forever be remembered by his loving wife of 43 years, Janet; daughter, Shelly (Ricky) Canon; grandchildren, Mariah, Makayla, Logan, Evelyn, and Rylie; sisters, Jill (Ron) Thill and Lisa; brother, Kevin; mother, Donna; and other relatives and friends.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Delbert DeBecker.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 PM for Michael on August 8, 2022, at Zimmer-Westview Funeral and Cremation Care Center (W2132 Garton Road, Sheboygan, WI 53083). A public visitation will be held from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Michael’s name.

Michael’s family would like to thank the staff of Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for the wonderful care and support they gave Michael in his final days, especially Corrin.
