Margeen Paulson

Margeen D. Paulson, 64, of Sheboygan, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. She was born November21, 1952 in Sheboygan to Harold and Vernetta (Voss) Grunwald. Margeen was a graduate of Manitowoc Lutheran High School and she received her nursing degree from Lakeshore Technical College.
Margeen had a heart of gold and loved caring for people. She provided comfort and care to many through her work as a nurse, specializing in at home care for many years. Having a strong faith, Margeen was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Fredonia. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and needlework. Trips to the casino to play the slot machines were enjoyed, but her greatest memories we made while visiting with her grandsons.
Margeen is survived by her mother Vernetta Grunwald, daughter Jaquelyn (fiancé Sean Johnson) Walden, grandsons Micah and Jaiden Walden, brother Larry (Jean) Grunwald, and her sister Darlene Posey. She was preceded in death by her father, husband Eugene Paulson, and brother-in-law John Posey.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, at St. John's Lutheran Church, 824 Fredonia Ave., Fredonia.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Margeen's name.
The family would like to express a special thanks to the staff and residents of Sunny Ridge Health Care Center where she called home.
