Lynn Marie Neulreich Coady, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and dear and loyal friend to many, passed peacefully on August 9, 2023, at Sharon Richardson Community Hospice with her loving husband and best friend, Joe, at her side. She was 65 years young.
Born on November 8, 1957 to parents Walter and Darlene (Burgess) Neulreich, Lynn grew up with her sister Darlene, and her parents in Menomonee Falls.
Lynn’s quest for knowledge was evidenced in earning her first degree, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1980 and an Associate Degree of Applied Science in 2016 from Lakeshore Technical College.
Coupled with her educational background and her expertise in working with employees, Lynn embarked on a successful professional journey over 21years as a Senior Corporate Trainer for Fort Howard Paper in Green Bay, and as a Human Resource Executive in Human Resources at ACUITY, A Mutual Insurance Company, Sheboygan. Her skills in interpersonal communication, teamwork, training, organization, and technical expertise made her a valuable member of any team.
Lynn’s crowning achievement professionally, however, was the creation of BLUEWEBGROUP in 2016, a company specializing in building affordable websites for small business in Southeast Wisconsin. As its sole employee, Lynn helped client companies, large and small, to troubleshoot problems, update and build websites, and provide ongoing maintenance.
But more important to Lynn was her commitment to family as a strong, engaged, committed, and loving woman who dedicated herself to family members both near and far.
She married her husband, Joe, on August 26, 1989 and moved to Howards Grove in 1997. Along with Joe, she lovingly and successfully raised their son, Joshua and step-son Nick. She and Joe enjoyed all outdoor activities, including visiting many parks.
When their first grandson was born, Rowen, 4 plus years ago, Lynn was a hands-on grandma as evidenced by her frequent day trips to Madison. Her second grandson, Micah, was born after Lynn entered hospice, so she was unable to welcome him as she did with his brother, Rowen. But prior to Micah’s birth, Lynn shared her excitement with her family and friends about becoming a grandma again. Thanks to Micah’s parents, she was able to hold Micah shortly before she died.
And along with Joe’s help, Lynn daily oversaw the last years of her father’s life in Howards Grove who died in January 2023 at age 105.
She was also “mom” to her furry children, Princess and Shadow.
Besides spending time with family and professional activities, Lynn was a voracious reader and spent countless hours maintaining her yard and flower gardens. And until her health issues became a factor, Lynn was an avid walker both solo and with friends from the subdivision in which she lived.
Lynn also volunteered with several local organizations including serving as a board member on the Lakeshore Technical College Foundation and the Sheboygan Senior Community. She was also a member of the International Society of Employee Benefits Specialists and the Society of Human Resources Management.
Lynn is survived by her husband, Joe, her son Joshua Coady (Adrienne Miller), stepson Nicholas Coady, and grandchildren Rowen and Micah Coady. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Darlene Webber, and step-son Benjamin Coady.
