John T. Wagner, 51, of Cleveland, WI., passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at home.
John T, was born on February 4, 1973 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He was born with a mechanical curiosity and loved taking things apart. By the age of 10 John T. was putting things back together and they would work. His first paid job was at the age of 10 where he received $2.00 and ice cream for putting a neighbor’s barbeque grill together. John T. played soccer in his youth. He had a pony named Apache that he loved. Sean his Irish Setter was his protector. John T. had a love for animals.
One of John T.’s first jobs when he became of age was at Waterbeds Unlimited. He worked as a marine mechanic at Sheboygan Powersports, formally, Thomson Marine for many years. On a sunny day, John T. would jump at the opportunity to ride his motorcycle on an open road. He also loved to work on cars and motorcycles at the “super-secret hot rod garage”. John T. contributed to the community by volunteering his time repairing boats for the Sheboygan County Marine Unit.
John T. was very much loved by his friends and family, and will be greatly missed by all.
John T. is survived by his son Clinton Buck-Wagner; mother Karen Wilhelm; sister Melissa (Gary Buechler) Wagner; nephews, Indigo Richards and Logan Buechler; and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his sister Stacia Wagner; father John H. Wagner; stepfather Gene Wilhelm.
A memorial gathering for John T. will take place on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 2:00pm – 5:00pm, at Zimmer Westview, W2132 Garton Rd., Sheboygan, WI 53083.
