James Fintelmann, 68, of Plymouth, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2017 at his home. He was born November 21, 1948 in the Town of Herman to Henry and June (Teumer) Fintelmann. On March 5, 1988, he was united in marriage to the love of his life Bonnie Grunewald. James was the Owner and Operator of Franklin Feed Mill, following in his father's footsteps.
James was a member of Immanuel UCC in Plymouth, he was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying camping, fishing, and hunting. He had a passion for adventure and speed which were evident in his traveling and in both racing stock cars and watching NASCAR. James also liked animals, especially his dogs and bird watching. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family and friends creating memories.
James is survived by his wife Bonnie, children; DuWayne "Butch" (Anne) Fintelmann, Lisa Galante, Jami (Troy) Yurk, Melissa (Randy) Reichwald, and Allison Fintelmann, grandchildren; Craig Reinemann, Nicholas III and Gabriel Galante, Summer Rath, Morgan and Rylee Reichwald, Bryce and Parker Fintelmann, Allison and Evan Lang, and great-grandchildren; Jessinee Schultz, Landin and Livee Reinemann. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends. James was preceded in death by his parents, a brother David and a sister Carolyn.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Immanuel UCC, W3694 CTH FF, Plymouth, with Rev. Laura Yurs officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 from3:00 PM until the time of service at the CHURCH.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Immanuel UCC in James's name.
