Audrey Sabrowsky

Audrey W. Sabrowsky, 80, of Sheboygan, was called to the Lord on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Pine Haven Christian Home in Sheboygan Falls.

She was born June 11, 1941, in Sheboygan to the late Alex and Adella (Kaminski) Yurk.  Audrey graduated from Central High School with the Class of 1959.  On September 14, 1963 she was united in marriage to Jerry Sabrowsky at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Sheboygan.  Together they raised three daughters, Kelly (Brian) Karth of Sheboygan, Kendall (Bret) Melton of Atlanta, GA, and Jennifer Sabrowsky of Cleveland.

Audrey had a strong faith and loved the Lord. She was an active member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Kohler.

She worked at Lutheran High School as a secretary retiring in 2007.  Audrey enjoyed traveling, gardening, and cheering on the Brewers, Badgers and Packers.  Her pride and joy were her children and grandchildren, she loved spending time with them creating lasting memories. She had a smile for everyone and all that she met.

Audrey is further survived by her husband, granddaughter Cassandra Sabrowsky , great-granddaughter Isabelle Herbst, and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Alice and Aleda.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Bethany Lutheran Church, 222 Church St., Kohler, with Pastor Robert Steele officiating.  Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Friday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the CHURCH.  If you are not able to join us for Audrey’s service, it will be livestreamed on Audrey’s obituary page on the funeral home website.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sheboygan Lutheran High School or Project Angel Hugs in Audrey’s name.
